You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece with its tags attached. Returns are free: request a label at hello@noire.store with your order number and we’ll send it within a day.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us. Exchanges for a different size ship as soon as the return is scanned.
Measurements are body measurements in centimetres. Most NOIRÉ tops and outerwear are cut oversized, so check the fit notes on each product page.

Air between wears, brush with a clothes brush, dry clean at most twice a season.
Wash cold and inside out, dry flat. Heavy jersey keeps its shape longer without a tumble dryer.
Wipe with a damp cloth. Never iron.
